Who’s behind Aide Group
Aide Group’s founder and CEO, Ian Warren, had worked in a range of HR functions in infrastructure, aerospace, chemicals and healthcare before founding Aide HR in late 2014.
From the early days of Aide, Ian’s experience in both non-unionised and multi-union organisations enabled him to build an innovative HR consultancy with a rich understanding of organisational change, acquisition and redundancy.
Ian still stays as hands-on as possible, spending his time on site with Aide Group’s clients, bringing an experienced eye to projects and ensuring that every client gets the personal, embedded support that Aide Group prides itself on.
