How We Hire
Each selection process is adapted to suit the specific role being recruited to, but can include any of the following:
Telephone Interview |
Having received your CV we will review it and you may receive a phone call from us to clarify a few details from you such as previous job history, relevant qualifications or salary expectations. At this stage we will notify you by email if you have been unsuccessful, we regret that due to volume of applications we are unable to provide individual feedback. |
Pre-Interview Assessment |
We may want to conduct further testing before organising face to face interviews. We will keep you informed about which assessments, if any, are included in the process, but they may include: Aptitude, Personality and Behavior, Knowledge and Skills or Job and Company Fit assessments. |
Face to Face Interview |
The face to face stage may take the form of an interview or an assessment centre, depending on the role you’ve applied for. We will let you know what you can expect from the day but we would highly recommend you research the company and our values before attending. Depending on the role, there may be a second stage interview with a senior manager/director, in this case the interview usually follows an informal format. |
Decision & Compliance Checks |
If you are successful at interview then we will phone you to discuss the next steps of the process, depending on the role this may include any of:
In most cases the requirement to undertake these checks is driven by the clients you are likely to be working with. It’s only at this point and with your agreement that we will also take up your references to confirm your work history |
Fair and Open Treatment of All Applicants
We strive to treat all applicants with respect and dignity, irrespective of the outcome of their application.
If you have been unsuccessful following your interview, we will contact you by phone to inform you of our decision and provide you with an opportunity to seek individual feedback.
We pride ourselves in our recruitment approach and are signatories to the REC (Recruitment & Employment Confederation) Good Recruitment Charter.
